Cheryl Landauer

Facilitator

Cheryl has been a volunteer with Strides to Victory for a decade and now has taken on the role of an Equine Assisted Learning (EAL) Facilitator. Cheryl has assisted with sessions, planning and executing community events, and care for the horses who serve our communities and the mission of Strides to Victory.  As a lifelong learner,  Cheryl continues to strive and grow in knowledge and application of horsemanship, education, and facilitation. Cheryl has a Bachelors of Art in Education and currently serves her communities by substitute teaching K-12th graders in several school districts.

As a HorseWork credited and Equine-Assisted Learning Facilitator, she combines her knowledge, her passion for teaching, and her skills to empower others to reach their personal goals. Cheryl enjoys creating a safe environment for both clients and their equine partners that promotes life skills/academics in the arena. Cheryl's favorite moment is when the client has their "ah-ha!" experience and is able to take that learned skill into their daily life.
